RETURNS + REFUNDS

Rhodes669 products are independently made in small batches. Due to the nature of our fragrance, personal-use, and handmade products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective, an incorrect item was sent, or an item is missing from your order.

FRAGRANCE PREFERENCE

Fragrance is personal, and scent perception varies from person to person. We do not accept returns or exchanges because a customer dislikes a fragrance, expected it to smell differently, or prefers a different fragrance strength.

We provide fragrance notes and product descriptions to help you choose. If you're stuck between scents, reach out before ordering. We're happy to help.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If an item arrives damaged or appears defective, please contact Rhodes669 within 5 calendar days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Please keep the product and all packaging until the issue has been resolved.

If your shipment was protected by Route Package Protection and the damage occurred during shipping, you may be directed to submit a claim through Route.

MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We pack orders by hand. If we made a mistake, we'll make it right.

Contact Rhodes669 within 5 calendar days of delivery if an item is missing from your order or you received an incorrect item. Please include your order number and a photo of the items you received.

Fulfillment mistakes should be reported directly to Rhodes669 rather than Route.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS + CHANGES

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellation and modification requests may be accommodated before an order enters production or fulfillment, but they cannot be guaranteed. Because we work in small batches, orders may begin processing quickly.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

REFUNDS

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider determines how long it takes for the credit to appear.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable where permitted by law unless the refund results from an error by Rhodes669 or otherwise required by law.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
