TERMS OF PURCHASE

These Terms of Purchase apply to purchases made from Rhodes669 Ltd. (“Rhodes669,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through Rhodes669.com.

By submitting an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to these Terms of Purchase and our applicable Refund, Shipping, Privacy, and Purchase Options policies.

SMALL BATCH, MADE BY HUMANS

Rhodes669 products are independently made in small batches in Georgia. Small variations in appearance, color, wax finish, fragrance appearance, label placement, or other handmade characteristics may occur between products and batches.

These normal variations are part of small-batch production and are not considered defects.

FRAGRANCE + PRODUCT EXPECTATIONS

Fragrance is subjective. Individual experiences with scent, fragrance strength, and how a fragrance develops on skin or in a space will vary.

Product descriptions and fragrance notes are provided as a guide and are not a guarantee that every person will perceive a fragrance the same way.

PRODUCT USE + SAFETY

Please read and follow all directions, warnings, and safety information provided with our products.

Products should only be used for their intended purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Rhodes669 is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from misuse, improper storage, use for an unintended purpose, or failure to follow provided instructions and warnings.

Discontinue use of personal fragrance or body products if irritation occurs.

PRICING + PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, pricing, photographs, availability, and other information on our website are accurate.

Occasionally, errors happen. Rhodes669 reserves the right to correct errors and, where permitted by law, cancel an affected order. If we cancel an order that has already been paid, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

PROMOTIONS + DISCOUNTS

Promotional codes must be entered at checkout and generally cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.

Unless otherwise stated, discounts and promotions cannot be combined and may be subject to expiration dates, exclusions, minimum purchases, product restrictions, or other stated conditions.

We reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders involving fraudulent, unauthorized, duplicated, or unintended use of a promotion.

INVENTORY + AVAILABILITY

Because we produce in small batches, quantities may be limited.

Although we make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate inventory, an item may occasionally become unavailable after an order is submitted.

If that happens, we may contact you about an appropriate substitution, delayed fulfillment where applicable, or a refund for the unavailable item.

We will never substitute a different fragrance or product without your approval.

SUBSCRIPTIONS + RECURRING PURCHASES

Subscription and other recurring purchases are subject to the terms presented when the purchase option is selected, including applicable pricing, billing frequency, renewal, modification, and cancellation terms.

Please review those terms before starting a subscription.

PAYMENT DISPUTES

If something isn't right with your order, please contact Rhodes669 so we have an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a customer from exercising legitimate rights available through their payment provider or applicable law.

Fraudulent transactions or abuse of payment disputes may result in future orders being declined.

RIGHT TO REFUSE OR CANCEL ORDERS

Where permitted by law, Rhodes669 reserves the right to refuse service or cancel an order for legitimate business reasons, including suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity, inventory or pricing errors, misuse of promotions, abusive or threatening behavior toward our team, or violations of our store policies.

If Rhodes669 cancels a paid order before fulfillment, the applicable refund will be returned to the original payment method.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Rhodes669 branding, original product names, photographs, graphics, written content, designs, and other original website content may not be reproduced, copied, or used commercially without permission except as otherwise permitted by law.

POLICY CHANGES

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on Rhodes669.com at the time of purchase applies to that order unless otherwise required by law.
