We ship to the continental United States. Shipping rates vary.

How long does shipping take?

The shipping and delivery times can vary depending on factors such as your location, shipping method selected, and any potential delays in processing. Typically, orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and delivery times can range from 2-7 business days for standard shipping. Expedited shipping options may be available for faster delivery.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order using the tracking number on you email confirming shipment, or you can log into your account and view your order status.

When does the Subscription Box ship?

The monthly Subscription Box ships on the first of every month. If the first falls on a weekend or holiday, the order will be shipped the following business day.

What is your return / exchange policy?

Refund Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable. As a small batch fragrance and candle studio, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compatibility, safety, and personal preference before purchasing. We recommend starting with smaller sizes or sampling scents in person before committing to larger quantities.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours as long as they have not shipped. All cancellations are subject to a 5% processing fee based on the total order value.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

If you added shipping protection at checkout, please file a claim through your protection provider using your tracking information.

If you opted out of shipping protection, you assume responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Rhodes669 is not liable for packages once they are in the possession of the carrier.

Out of Stock Products

If an item becomes unavailable, we will issue a refund for the out-of-stock product and ship the remainder of your order as normal.

Missing or Incorrect Items

If your order is missing an item or contains an incorrect item, contact us within 2 days of delivery.
Please include your order number in the subject line and provide clear photos of:


  • The exterior of the package

  • The interior packaging

  • The items received

Once verified, we will send a replacement or issue a refund for the missing item. Please note it is our policy to request complete photos of both the interior and exterior of the parcel, as well as the contents you received. We compare the scanned weights provided by our carriers with our own records to ensure accuracy.

Undeliverable Orders & Reshipping Policy

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, failure to claim delivery, or failure to sign when required, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.

If you prefer not to have the order reshipped, we will refund the product cost only. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Returned items must arrive in unused, sellable condition to be eligible for a refund.

Returned packages are held for 14 days. If we do not hear from the customer within that timeframe, the items will be restocked and the order will be considered canceled.

To avoid delays, please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. Address updates can be made prior to shipment by logging into your Rhodes669 account.

Shipping Carrier Policy

Rhodes669 reserves the right to select or change the shipping carrier at our discretion to ensure reliable, cost-effective delivery. If a carrier change is made after checkout, an updated tracking number will be provided. Shipping costs will not change unless explicitly stated.

Our responsibility to support you with carrier-related issues remains the same under this policy.

Chargeback Policy

Before initiating a chargeback, customers must reach out to us directly for resolution. If a chargeback is submitted without prior communication or valid justification, Rhodes669 reserves the right to enforce penalties, including permanent account closure and potential legal action to recover losses.

We value fair communication and encourage contacting us first so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Product Use + Customer Responsibility

By purchasing from Rhodes669, you acknowledge that we act solely as the creator and supplier of candles, fragrances, and body products. We cannot guarantee performance in environments outside our control, nor assume responsibility for how products are used, stored, resold, interpreted, or marketed by the buyer.

Many Rhodes669 products contain fragrance oils and essential oils. These ingredients can damage certain surfaces, fabrics, plastics, woods, and finishes if spilled, dripped, leaked, or used improperly. Proper use is crucial. Always test first, keep oils away from delicate surfaces, wipe spills immediately, and store products upright and tightly closed.

Rhodes669 is not responsible for any damage to surfaces, clothing, furnishings, vehicles, or personal belongings caused by spills, leaks, misuse, or improper application of fragrance oils, diffuser oils, room sprays, perfumes, magnesium products, or any essential-oil–based item.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges full responsibility for the safe handling, storage, and use of all Rhodes669 products.
